True to its name, Sattal is home to seven lakes, each with its own beauty and allure. Close to Sattal, we have another gem of beauty in Uttarakhand, Pangot. Pangot is home to over 300 species of birds, a true delight for the photographer in you. Here, you can catch sight of a variety of avian population, including the blue-throated barbet, Himalayan griffon, mountain bulbul, hill partridge, white-crested laughingthrush, bearded vulture, black eagles, pink-browed rosefinch, peregrine falcon, and more. 

And that’s not where the experience ends. The true beauty of the idyllic landscape in the heart of the Himalayan region will also leave you spellbound. Arrival at Kathgodam – Check in - First Session of Birding & Photography
Upon arrival at Kathgodam, guests will be transferred to the accommodation booked in Sattal. After breakfast, we will have a quick discussion to orient guests with what they can expect on the tour. We then head for our first birding session. After this session, we return for lunch post which we once again set out for some exciting birding and photography sessions. The day ends with dinner and a relaxing nights’ rest.  Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Birding & Photography Sessions
The fun continues on Day 2 with two entire birding and photography sessions at newer locations on the tour. Get set to spot some wonderful and rare species of birds in their native habitat. All meals will be served to guests between birding sessions.  Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Drive to Pangot – Birding Sesssion
On Day 3, we check out of the resort at Sattal and drive to Pangot to continue the birding session. Get set to spot even more wonderful species of avian life here as the trip continues. Later, we will drive to Ghuggu Kham to continue in our quest of spotting beautiful birds. The day ends with a relaxing night, friendly discussion and banter, and delicious dinner amidst the beauty and peace of the Himalayas.  Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Drive to Vinayak Forest – Check Out – Transfer to Kathgodam Station
On the final day of the trip, we head for one last birding session to Vinayak Forest to spot species like the Himalayan blue tail and Eurasian Jay. We return to the lodge for lunch post which the guests will have some time to explore on their own. Finally, we check out and guests are transferred to Kathgodam Station from where they head back to Delhi. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch The trip comes to and end with lovely memories.
