About Pilibhit Tiger Reserve

Pilibhit Tiger Reserve is located in Pilibhit district, Lakhimpur Kheri District and Bahraich District of Uttar Pradesh state in India. It lies along the India-Nepal border in the foothills of the Himalayas and the plains of the ‘terai’ in Uttar Pradesh. It is one of India’s 41 Project Tiger reserves. Forests in Pilibhit have at least 36 tigers and a good prey base for their survival.

The Pilibhit Tiger Reserve covers an area of 72689.48 ha. situated along the Indo-Nepal border. The forest is rich and diverse. It is a mosaic of high sal forests, plantations, and grasslands with several water bodies. The jungles are home to a myriad of wild animals including the endangered tiger, swamp deer, Bengal florican, hog deer, leopard, etc.

Plilibhit is a wonderful city in Uttar Pradesh. Pilibhit is also famous for the flute industry in the world. This city is well connected with Railway and road.

 

About Dudhwa National Park Dudhwa National Park

located in Uttar Pradesh near the Nepal border, is one of India’s most beautiful and dense Terai forests. It is part of the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, which also includes Kishanpur and Katarniaghat wildlife sanctuaries. The park is known for its rich biodiversity, tall elephant grasslands, sal forests, and swampy wetlands that create a perfect habitat for many rare species.

Arrival at Lucknow – Check in to Resort
Travelers will be picked up from Lucknow Airport and driven directly to the hotel in Dudhwa. After check-in and freshening up, lunch will be served. In the afternoon, travelers will head for their first safari in Dudhwa. After returning, they can relax at the property and enjoy dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Back-to-back safaris in Dudhwa
Today, travelers will enjoy back-to-back safaris in Dudhwa. The day will begin with an early morning safari, followed by breakfast and rest time at the resort. After lunch, they will head out again for the evening safari. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Morning safari at Dudhwa and evening at Pilibhit
After the morning safari in Dudhwa, travelers will return for breakfast and check out. They will then proceed to Pilibhit. Upon arrival, travelers will check in, enjoy lunch, and later head for the afternoon safari in Pilibhit. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the Pilibhit Homestay.

Morning Safari – Check out and drop to Bareily
