1. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer prior to 90 days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity 75% of the total price will be refunded.
2. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer between 89 to 60 days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity 50% of the total price will be refunded.
3. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer between 30 to 59 days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity 25% of the total price will be refunded.
4. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer between 0 to 29 days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity No refund will be provided.
Please Note:
– All cancellations must be intimated to us via email along with the Booking Id / Booking details
– Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as a ‘Cancellation Request’.
– Flight and Train ticket cancellations would adhere the policies laid by airlines and railways
– No-shows or changes / cancellations due to bad weather / Cancellations due to missed train or flight / cancellations due to natural calamity will be non-refundable
