At Nature Explorers India, our tours involve advance arrangements for safari permits, accommodation, transportation, and other travel services. As these arrangements are often made well in advance and may be non-refundable, the following cancellation terms apply to our different tour categories.
Replacement Participant Option Group Tours
1. Group Tours & Unplugged Tours
* *No refund will be provided once safari permits have been booked.*
* Safari permits are booked in advance and are subject to the applicable rules and regulations of the respective forest authorities.
* Customers are advised to confirm their travel plans before proceeding with a booking.
## 2. Customised Tours
Cancellation charges for customised tours will be applicable as follows:
*A. Accommodation & Transportation*
Cancellations for accommodation and transportation will be governed by the existing cancellation schedule:

*B. Safari Bookings*
* *Safari bookings are strictly non-refundable.*
* Once a safari booking has been confirmed, no refund will be provided against the safari component, irrespective of the cancellation date.
General Cancellation Terms
* All cancellation requests must be submitted via email, along with the booking ID and relevant booking details. Telephonic cancellation requests will not be accepted.
* Flight and train ticket cancellations will be governed by the respective airline and railway policies.
* No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations arising from bad weather, missed flights or trains, or natural calamities.
* Customers are advised to review the applicable cancellation terms carefully before confirming their bookings.
