Applicable Cancellation Charges: 
1. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer prior to 90 days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity 75% of the total price will be refunded.
2. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer  between 89 to 60  days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity 50% of the total price will be refunded.
3. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer between 30 to 59 days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity 25% of the total price will be refunded.
4. If Tour/Event/Activity cancellation is done by the customer  between 0 to 29 days of commencement of Tour/Event/Activity No refund will be provided.

Replacement Participant Option Group Tours

In case of cancellation from the customer’s end, Nature Explorers India may attempt to find a replacement participant for the cancelled seat, subject to availability of safari permits and accommodation.

If a replacement participant is successfully arranged:

  • An administration and processing fee of ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 per person will be applicable depending on the tour/event.
  • The remaining balance amount will be considered for refund as per internal settlement.

Please note that replacement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on permit availability, logistics feasibility, and time remaining before the tour.

Refund Mode – Credit Note Policy

All eligible refunds will be issued in the form of a Credit Note.

Key conditions:

  • The credit note will be issued in the name of the original booking holder.
  • It will be a flexible credit, which can be redeemed against any future tour or experience offered by Nature Explorers India, including wildlife, leisure, cultural, domestic, or international tours.
  • The credit note may also be transferred to friends or family members of the original guest.
  • The credit can be utilized partially or fully depending on the selected tour.

Please Note:

– All cancellations must be intimated to us via email along with the Booking Id / Booking details 
– Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as a ‘Cancellation Request’.
– Flight and Train ticket cancellations would adhere the policies laid by airlines and railways 
– No-shows or changes / cancellations due to bad weather / Cancellations due to missed train or flight / cancellations due to natural calamity will be non-refundable
