About Satpura Tiger National Park

Named after the Satpura range, Satpura National Park is situated in Madhya Pradesh. Satpura is a lesser-known, yet important abode of the tiger in India. The lush forests of Satpura are home to a variety of other species too including leopards, sambar, foxes, crocodiles, and sloth bears, among others. There is also a wide variety of avian life forms for those with an interest in birding. You can spot thrushes, hornbills, buzzards, and even birds of prey like the majestic eagle.

Come marvel at the beauty of nature as you soak in the golden rays of sun reflecting off the tall grass or get immersed in the deep green of the jungle in Satpura. Catch the majestic tiger as it slowly walks across the marvellous landscape or spot a leopard lurking in the dense green. Every moment on a safari at Satpura is an adventure in itself.

Arrival at Bhopal – Transfer to Resort – First Safari

We will arrive at Rani Kamalapati Station/Bhopal Airport by 9am and are transferred to the resort. We check in, relax, and then head for a delicious lunch. After lunch, the fun begins as we set off on the first safari of the tour. We hope to have some interesting sightings of the gypsy before we return to the resort in the evening. After we return, we relax and unwind before going for a wholesome dinner. We stay overnight at the resort and await yet another fun day full of excitement.

Morning Safari – Afternoon Safari

Day 2 promises to be full of action and adventure. We start the day early with a filling high tea after which we head out on a four-hour long safari. After the thrilling ride, we return back to the resort for a yummy lunch and get ready for the second safari of the day. After a day well spent in nature, we return to the resort for a delectable dinner and retire for the night.

Morning Safari – Check out – Return Journey

On our final day at Satpura, we will relive the adventure one last time as we set out on one more safari. We will return to the resort for breakfast after which we pack up and check out. We will be given transportation back to the Rani Kamalapati Station /Bhopal Airport. We leave with happy memories and hope to see you again on another tour.
